The Domino Plan — First 11, Audited & In Motion

July 31, 2026 · every claim below was re-verified against the live system today, not copied from notes
Two things need your hands in the next hour — about 4 minutes total: ① Your ads are OFF — every campaign paused since Jul 29 because a $40.01 card charge failed (Mastercard ending 3716). Pay it in Ads Manager billing and everything resumes. ② A 12-email sequence nobody has ever read is switched ON in your CRM and will send to the next person who books a call. Open that automation and flip it to Draft.

1The audit — what's actually true vs. what we thought

Before executing anything, an agent re-checked all 11 dominoes against the live database, the ad account, the automations, and the actual web pages. Four beliefs turned out to be wrong:

We thoughtReality (verified today)What changes
30 Dallas ads are runningEvery campaign on both accounts is paused — stopped Jul 29 by a $40.01 failed charge. No new lead has arrived since Jul 29.Nothing downstream can be proven until you pay the $40.01. This is the binding constraint on the whole plan.
The ad-credit fix needs a decisionIt already shipped Jul 28 — three fixes, all logged: test-lead firewall, correct data format, click-ID carried through. It just hasn't seen a live lead yet because ads are off.Domino 6 moves from "waiting on you" to "verify on first live lead." One small optimization question remains for you.
Four zombie report pages still serve stale dataAlready fixed today — all four now forward to their live replacements. The 27→8 page cut recommendation was executed same-day.Domino 10 is closed. Nothing to do.
The email follow-ups are safely staged OFFThe 4 text ladders are safely off. But the 12-email pack is live and armed — unread copy, referencing a screen-share meeting that isn't even how your calls work.New urgent item: flip that automation to Draft before anyone books. Only you can — the automation editor doesn't work for agents.

Also verified: the scoreboard targets we thought were missing do exist (all six hero numbers have targets — but five of six are marked as guesses, and last week's actuals were 13/25 hand-offs, 0 booked calls, $0 cash). The data pull we thought was broken (ads) is fine; the one actually broken is the contact sync — your sales page has been starving since Jul 27. And the ~$25-per-qualified-lead proof number holds up: $418.07 spent ÷ 17 qualified leads = $24.59 since Jul 22.

2Your list — everything only you can do, in order

About 20 minutes total. The first two unblock everything else.

1 min
Pay the $40.01

Ads Manager → Billing → pay the failed balance on the Mastercard ending 3716. Ads resume, leads restart, the whole machine turns back on. (If you'd rather rework ads before relaunch, that's the Monday branch of the tripwire plan — but the balance still has to be paid either way.)

2 min
Turn off the armed email sequence

In the CRM: Automations → "Pre-Call Nurture (12)" → switch Published to Draft. Nobody has read these 12 emails and they fire at the next booker. This is the only item where waiting actively costs you.

10 min
Reply to the three homeowners

Subhash, Terry, Mei — all asked for help, none left a number, all still waiting since Jul 29. The exact reply is written for you on the unblock list: "what's the best number to text you at?" Needs your logged-in Facebook.

1 word
Say "go" on the bot fix

The phone-before-ZIP fix for Jordan (and the STOP switch for Jean) is built, tested, and refuses to run if anything drifted. One word from you and I ship it and verify it.

1 word
Say "go" on Dan's report fix

Right now Dan's page shows a hand-typed number as if it were measured. The staged fix relabels the two untracked tiles honestly and adds real "data as of" stamps. It's his page, so it ships on your word.

5 min
Buy a cheap send-from domain

Cold email should NOT warm up your main domain — a throwaway (~$12) takes the spam risk instead. Buy one, tell me the name, and I'll wire all the email records and start the warm-up the same day. The 2-3 week clock doesn't start until this happens.

3 min
Ratify the five guessed targets

Your scoreboard has targets on all six hero numbers but five are flagged as my guesses (30 qualified/wk · 2 booked calls/weekday · 0.4 closes/weekday · $2,000 cash/wk · 13 weeks runway). Bless them or change them — then the scoreboard means something.

3What I'm executing right now — no input needed

Three agents running in parallel, each with a before-snapshot and a rollback path:

JobWhat it doesWhy it matters
Fix the contact sync runningThe nightly pull of CRM contacts has failed since Jul 27, so your sales page and stage counts are four days stale. Diagnose, repair, backfill the gap, prove it with fresh timestamps.Your daily front door tells the truth again.
Build the proof pack runningOne page with the verified numbers: $24.59 per qualified lead, 15 real hand-offs, screenshots, honest methodology — and deliberately silent on "jobs won" until Dan's outcome feed exists. Draft only; nothing gets sent anywhere. This is the sales asset dominoes 12-15 (calls, partners) depend on.
Prep the email warm-up kit runningEverything pre-staged so the moment you buy the domain: the exact security records to add, inbox setup steps, a day-by-day warm-up schedule, and the go/no-go checks.Turns your 5-minute purchase into a same-day start instead of another project.

4All 11 dominoes — full status board

Click any row for the detail: what was found, what's done, what's next.

1The money call (restart ads)you — 1 min

Found: both ad accounts fully paused since Jul 29 09:57. Cause: $40.01 failed charge, card ending 3716. The last real lead arrived Jul 29 — nothing since, because nothing is running.

Next: pay the balance. Then either resume as-is, or take the Monday relaunch branch from the tripwire plan. I verify delivery within an hour of ads resuming.

2Reply to the three homeownersyou — 10 min

Found: all three confirmed real (not tests), all with no phone and no reply ever sent. Their hand-off records are stuck waiting. The reply text is pre-written on the unblock list.

Next: send the three Messenger replies from your logged-in Facebook. The moment any of them replies with a number, the hand-off fires automatically.

3Jordan's bot fix (phone before ZIP)staged — your "go"

Found: the complete fix is staged with before-images and a self-checking installer that refuses to run if the live bot changed since staging. Zero writes have been made — your Jul-31 hold was respected. Jean's STOP switch is staged the same way.

Next: you say go → I run the installer → I self-test by texting the bot from the test number → report with screenshots.

4Cold-email warm-upyou — buy domain

Found: your main domain has only one of the three email-security records (and that's fine — the plan is to never send cold email from it). The right move is a separate cheap domain that absorbs the risk.

Next: you buy the domain (~$12); my prep kit (building now) makes setup same-day. First sends land ~2-3 weeks after warm-up starts.

5Follow-up sequencesone is ARMED — you, 2 min

Found: the four text ladders are safely off, readable in the approval pack. But the 12-email pack is a live, published automation with unread copy that will fire at the next booked call.

Next: flip it to Draft (only you can — the automation editor blocks agents). Then read the four text ladders whenever you want and arm the ones you like.

6Ad-credit fix (Facebook learns which ads work)shipped Jul 28

Found: already done — contrary to our notes. Three fixes shipped and logged: test leads filtered out, leads sent in the format Facebook can match to ads, and the click-ID carried through with 5 past leads back-filled.

Next: nothing until ads resume — then I verify the first live lead comes through correctly. One small question remains for you later: the ad sets still optimize for "any lead" instead of "booked call."

7Outcome feed from Dan (appointments → jobs → cash)fix staged — your "go"

Found: the appointment and closed-jobs tables are completely empty. One hand-typed row from Jul 18 is everything behind Dan's "appointments/jobs" tiles. A staged fix relabels those tiles honestly and adds real freshness stamps; rollback included.

Next: your go ships the honest relabel today. The bigger build — a real feed from Dan's calendar — is the most important build left on the board, because "jobs won" is the number the whole 10% model sells on. I'll propose the lightest version (a weekly 2-minute entry from Dan) after the relabel ships.

8Fix the broken data pullI'm on it now

Found: plot twist — the ads data pull we thought was dead is healthy. The actually-broken one is the contact sync (failed Jul 27, 28, 29), which starves your sales page and stage counts.

Next: agent is diagnosing and repairing it now, with backfill for the missed days and proof via fresh timestamps.

9Scoreboard targetsyou — ratify 5 guesses

Found: better than expected — all six hero numbers have targets. But five are flagged as guesses, and last week's reality was rough: 13 of 25 hand-offs, 14 of 30 qualified, 0 booked calls, $0 cash.

Next: bless or change the five guessed targets (listed in your list above). Nine smaller metrics still have no targets; they can wait.

10Prune the report pagesdone today

Found: already executed — the four retired pages now forward to their replacements, the daily list is cut to 8, the launcher was rewritten, and the registry corrected. One deploy mistake happened mid-work and was caught and rolled back within 12 minutes (logged).

Next: nothing. One leftover one-word ruling: a board marked "retired" in the registry is actually live — keep it or kill it.

11The proof packbuilding now

Found: the numbers survive scrutiny: $24.59 per qualified lead ($418.07 ÷ 17 since Jul 22) and 15 real hand-offs (test leads excluded). Jobs won = 0 recorded, so the pack stays silent there — no invented claims. No draft existed anywhere; building from scratch.

Next: agent is assembling the one-page pack now. It comes to you for approval before it's ever shown to a prospect or partner.

5Safety rules every agent follows

  • Nothing a customer or prospect sees changes without your yes. Bot wording, texts, emails, Dan's report — staged, never silently shipped.
  • Before-snapshot first. Every live change saves the previous state and a written way back before touching anything.
  • Every change is logged in the change ledger with what/why/how-to-undo.
  • Proof, not promises. Each fix reports back with evidence — fresh timestamps, screenshots, or query output — not "should be fine."
  • No spending, no payments, no sends. Money and messages are yours alone.
